My name is Tony. I am a fully qualified pest control technician, after working for 2 of the largest multi national pest control company’s for many years I decided to set up TH Pest Control ltd.

There were several reasons for me doing this but mainly due to me becoming frustrated with customers being seen as just a number along side the pressures that were put on technicians to complete as many calls a day as possible. This meant the quality of service was often very poor.

I have very high standards for the work I carry out and this didn’t sit well with me especially when customers were paying over and above for what I considered to be sub standard work this often prolonged the number of visits or treatments that were needed, of course was beneficial to the company but never the customer.
